Description
This is a remote, 6-month contract position where you will be responsible for providing technical analysis and support.
You will work with a team to implement and maintain human capital management systems.
The role requires proficiency in generic technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to human capital management systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new system features.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides.
Ensure data integrity and system security throughout all processes.
Provide technical support and training to users as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical analyst role.
Strong understanding of human capital management systems.
Proficiency in generic technology platforms.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
