1st Shift
Responsible for the movement, organization, and tracking of materials from inventory to the production floor using both inventory systems and manual processes. This role ensures accurate and timely material flow to support production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and prepare materials based on production and work orders
Stage materials for production in designated areas
Perform inventory transactions accurately within computer systems
Maintain organized storage areas and stock materials as needed
Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Monitor and report inventory discrepancies
Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
02 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or related environment
Basic understanding of inventory control processes
Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment & Supervision
Works under direct supervision and follows clearly defined guidelines
Routine tasks with limited need for independent judgment
Reports directly to a supervisor or manager
Physical Requirements & Conditions
Regular lifting of 1015 lbs with minimal repetition
Minimal exposure to machinery, chemicals, or other workplace hazards
Ability to stand, walk, and perform basic material handling tasks throughout the shift
