Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM, with rotating on-call responsibility.

Our client, a leader in its industry throughout North America, is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join their team. You'd be a part of a well-established manufacturing operation where safety, reliability, and continuous improvement remain at the forefront.

In this role, youll lead electrical maintenance activities, oversee a team of technicians, and help maximize equipment performance across a 24/7 production facility. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing field leadership, troubleshooting, planning, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise electrical maintenance and repair activities in a heavy industrial plant environment
Lead and support electrical technicians while driving safe work practices
Oversee PLC programming, electrical systems reliability, controls, instrumentation, and preventive maintenance efforts
Plan, prioritize, and coordinate electrical work across departments
Support budgeting, compliance, documentation, and operational improvement initiatives

What Were Looking For:
8+ years of electrical experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
35+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
Strong PLC programming and electrical troubleshooting background required
Experience with HMI systems, medium-voltage environments, SAP, or Siemens systems is a plus
Self-starter mindset, strong safety focus, and willingness to learn
