Location: Kent, Ohio
Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team in Kent, Ohio. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and must have forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

• Load and unload delivery trucks

• Receive, verify, and process incoming inventory

• Count, confirm, and record inventory accurately

• Inspect inventory for damage, defects, or discrepancies

• Communicate inventory errors or issues to supervisors or relevant teams

• Label, tag, and mark stock for proper identification

• Store inventory in an organized and accessible manner

• Build, move, and stage loads using forklifts and electronic pallet jacks

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred

• Must have forklift experience and be able to operate equipment safely and proficiently

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, dependable, and of good moral character

Compensation

• $18 per hour
