Reliability Engineer

Travel: Up to 50% between Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive, coach, and implement Reliability Excellence systems across multiple Rolling Mills and Extrusion Plants.
- Develop standards and coach implementation of equipment reliability components including Defect Elimination, Criticality Analysis, Preventive/Predictive Maintenance, CMMS, Condition-based Monitoring, and Reliability Centered Maintenance.
- Drive culture and ownership of reliability enterprise-wide.
- Identify and report OEE and productivity improvement opportunities to Business Units.
- Leverage Manufacturing Technology, Engineering, IT, and Finance resources for sustainable equipment reliability changes.
- Collaborate with Business Unit, Operation, and Maintenance Managers in Rolled Products and Extrusions as major customers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 years in Equipment Reliability, Maintenance, or Engineering (5-7 years preferred).
- Required Skills (Technical, Functional, Behavioral):
- Expertise in Failure Mode Error Analysis, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and equipment asset hierarchies.
- Leadership and facilitation of multi-disciplinary improvement teams in manufacturing.
- Data analysis, visualization, and reporting using advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, team building, and facilitation skills.
- Agility, results commitment, integrity, and ability to grow self/others.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Rolling mill experience preferred.
- CRE (Certified Reliability Engineer) or CMRP (Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional) certifications.
