Overview:
Program Manager who drives complex, cross-functional initiatives across product launches, regulatory compliance programs, and strategic legal initiatives in Legal team. Brings 3+ years of hands-on program management experience in tech, a bias toward operational efficiency (including AI-assisted workflows), and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.

Key Projects / Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Program Execution
    • Own end-to-end legal program management for hardware product launches across multiple concurrent programs, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables.
    • Coordinate legal requirements involving regulatory and compliance programs.
    • Navigate between program-level strategy and task-level execution; ensure nothing falls through the cracks during handoffs and transitions.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Serve as the connective tissue between legal team members and cross-functional partners, aligning timelines and surfacing interdependencies.
    • Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and status reporting that give stakeholders clear visibility into project health.
  • Risk & Escalation Management
    • Proactively identify risks and blockers; manage escalation processes and drive resolution before issues become crises.
    • Run retrospectives and document lessons learned to strengthen future execution.
  • Process & Tools
    • Develop and standardize playbooks, templates, and repeatable frameworks for legal program execution.
    • Explore and adopt AI tools where applicable to streamline workflows, including meeting summaries, status reporting, data organization, and process documentation.
    • Support rollout of new systems, tools, and programs across the legal team; drive adoption through training and change management.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency with program/project management practices, tools, and methodologies (e.g., RACI/RAID frameworks, project trackers, risk registers).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to tailor messaging for executives, attorneys, external partners, and product teams. Comfortable operating in ambiguity within a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience working in policy, compliance, legal, or regulatory environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
  • Experience in a similar role at another technology company.
  • Law firm experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience.

Years of Experience:
  • 3+ years of program management experience in the technology industry.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in program/project management.
