Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and increase sales revenue. This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping customers succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development

o Identify and contact prospective clients across targeted industries.

o Promote our standard and custom aluminum extrusion offerings.

o Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and referrals.

Account Management

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

o Understand clients' business needs and recommend suitable extrusion solutions.

o Provide regular follow-up to ensure timely delivery and address concerns.

Sales Operations

o Prepare quotes and proposals with attention to detail.

o Accurately enter and track orders and follow up on delivery timelines.

o Liaise with internal teams to coordinate production, finishing, and logistics.

Market Feedback & Strategy

o Provide feedback on customer trends, product demand, and competitive activity.

o Recommend service or process improvements based on customer feedback.

o Contribute to the continuous development of sales strategy and marketing materials.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required however preferred

2-5 years of sales, account management, or business development experience (experience in aluminum, construction materials, or industrial sales is a plus)

Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills

Organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset

Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Florida as needed. Interstate travel may be required from time-to-time.

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience
