- 10+ years of SAP ABAP solution architecting experience
- 10+ years of SAP ABAP/Java software installation and configuration experience
- 3+ years of hands-on SAP Fiori Launchpad maintenance and troubleshooting
- 5+ years of experience supporting SAP NetWeaver releases
- 5+ years of SAP Public Sector experience
- Public Sector support for SAP ECC 6.0 EHP8
- SAP SRM 7.04 experience
- SAP BW 7.5 experience
- SAP Portal 7.x experience
- SAP upgrade and enhancement pack installation experience
- Microsoft Server 20192025 administration
- Microsoft SQL Server 2019 experience
- Project Management experience
- Provide SAP Basis architecture and administration services for enterprise SAP environments
- Design, install, configure, test, and maintain SAP and third-party software components
- Lead SAP Fiori Launchpad and Gateway implementation, administration, and troubleshooting efforts
- Perform SAP software installations, upgrades, support package implementations, and enhancement pack deployments
- Manage system copies, client refreshes, transport management, and change requests
- Conduct system performance analysis, workload monitoring, database tuning, and health checks
- Perform impact analysis for new SAP releases and enhancements
- Establish and maintain SAP OSS and EarlyWatch services
- Support multi-landscape SAP environments and virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Interface SAP ECC applications with SAP Fiori Launchpad, SAP Apps, and Web Dynpro
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
- Develop implementation roadmaps, best practices, and testing strategies for SAP solutions
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams across the SCEIS organization
- Prepare work estimates and support project implementations across the SAP landscape
