Overview We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to support a high volume, fast paced warehouse environment. This role focuses on pulling and putting away materials using an order picker (cherry picker) while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights and meeting physical job demands. Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Put away and stock incoming materials
- Receive, verify, stage, and organize inventory
- Operate an order picker (cherry picker) in a fast paced environment
- Read and follow work orders and inventory instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse at all times
- Job duties may align with roles such as Floater, Pipe Yard Inside/Outside Associate, Receiving Associate, Receiving Clerk, or Returns Associate
- At least 6 months of recent warehouse or order picker experience
- Cherry picker experience required; willingness to work 35 40 feet in the air
- Ability to read and understand work orders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, twist, pull, and stand for a full 8 hour shift
- RF scanner experience
- Background in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory
- Product knowledge or the ability to learn products quickly
