Job Title - Production Trainer
Location- Minnetonka, MN 55345
12+ Months of contract role
Shift - 3.30 pm to 2.00 am Monday to Thursday

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Minimum 6 years of related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Applies extensive knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices and a complete understanding of fundamentals in a functional area and working knowledge of other related disciplines.
• Utilizes/interprets advanced data to present documentation and analysis and resolve complex problems. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations.
• Performs extremely complex or specialized assignments, usually in the nature of projects, requiring working independently.
• May design, develop, or modify area-specific processes or procedures.
• Assignments require considerable judgment, a high degree of initiative, creative approaches in troubleshooting, and making recommendations for continuous quality improvement of work methods for functional areas.
• Supervisor looking for candidates with experience working in diverse environments and possess critical-thinking skills. Looking for candidates that like train/help others and are focused on process improvement.
