Shift: - 9:30pm - 6:30am
Job Summary:
The Production Associate supports machine operators in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by assisting with packaging, material handling, and palletizing activities. This role involves removing finished rolls from machines, packaging products into boxes, preparing pallets for shipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. No prior machine operating experience is required; training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators with daily production and packaging activities
- Remove finished product rolls from production machines and place them into boxes
- Tape and seal completed boxes and stack them onto pallets
- Move completed pallets using a pallet jack to designated warehouse areas
- Follow work order instructions and production schedules accurately
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Operate finishing equipment and tools following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain productivity standards and support continuous workflow operations
- Build understanding of manufacturing equipment and production processes under direct supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Comply with all company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations
- Wear required PPE including steel toe shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, and high-visibility vests
- Support additional warehouse or production duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent vocational education preferred
- Less than 1 year of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience required
- No prior machine experience required; willing to train
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
Required Equipment:
- Steel toe shoes required
- Safety glasses, ear plugs, and high-visibility vests provided by the company
