Plant Operator
Pay Rate: $20-22/hr. Based on skills and experience
Location: Eddystone, PA 19022
Schedule: 1st and 3rd shift "Swing Shift" will need to be flexible with working weekends. Will work 3 days on 2 days off work 4 days then 3 days off. Rotating weekdays and weekends.

• 6:00AM-6:30PM
• 6:00PM-6:30AM

Responsibilities:

• You will be producing light weighted rocks out of recycled glass.
• Safely perform work and adhere to all company policies related to the company Health and Safety program
• Monitor and adjust plant equipment (Kiln) to ensure the product is consistent and free from quality defects.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow established equipment operating guidelines and be able to recognize issues as they arise.
• Record equipment settings and product quality information on a routine basis.
• Walk the assigned work area and ensure equipment is performing in the correct manner.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regularly.
• Report on condition and items in need of maintenance.
• Operate forklift equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to perform in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to do repetitive motions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math and use of measuring tape.
