- Work Mode: Hybrid Schedule
- Location: Jersey, NJ
- Establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team.
- Build robust, high-performance, large-scale applications.
- Utilize hands-on experience in Web technologies (HTML, CSS), REST-APIs, and Backend using Java/J2EE technologies.
- Participate in Agile software development processes with a strong emphasis on test-driven development.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and utilize tools such as JIRA, BlackDuck, SONAR, etc.
- Build sophisticated tooling for development and production team use.
- Operate with minimal direct supervision.
- Full-stack developer with 8-10 years of experience in designing and developing robust, scalable, and maintainable applications applying Object Oriented Design principles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with concurrent programming in Java Core.
- Experience with Spring Framework including Core, Integration, Batch, JDBC, Hibernate.
- Proficiency in working with databases - RDBMS preferably Oracle, NoSQL preferably MongoDB.
- Familiarity with Linux environment including scripting skills.
- Experience with SDLC/Dev Ops - Github, CI/CD pipeline frameworks such as Jenkins, SonarQube, JIRA, and any secure coding toolkits.
- Ability to lead and coach a team of developers.
- Experience with React JS.
- Experience in the financial or banking sector, automated testing experience.
- Experience with AI Dev tools such as Copilot.
