Job Title: Supply Chain Program Manager
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Duration: 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $50.00 - $55.00/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and manage supply chain and procurement-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program management, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and supply chain operations. Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments is essential. Prior experience with Client or supporting Client programs is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of supply chain and procurement programs.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, engineering, and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and program metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6 8+ years of project/program management experience with a focus on supply chain and procurement initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management, procurement processes, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Asana, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting Client or working within Client supply chain programs.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in supply chain analytics, business intelligence, and performance reporting.
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
