Description

We are currently seeking Stacker Operators for our Press Room department across all shifts. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for candidates looking to grow with our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the press operator and roll tender in daily printing operations
Assist in the operation and maintenance of the press
Follow the production schedule for printing jobs
Review job bags to obtain correct job information for stacker setup
Ensure the correct load flags are being used
Complete all required information on load flags, including initials, shift, bundle quantities, pallet counts, and net amounts
Identify office copies using yellow O.C. flags and red crayon markings
Ensure proper pallets and end boards are used for the product being produced
Properly identify outside binds and use the correct pallets
Check signatures for proper pagination and quality
Continuously monitor jobs to ensure customer requirements are met
Complete skid logs and return them to the job bag
Fill in required information in the communication logbook
Maintain a clean and organized production area
Set up the stacker to maximize bundle quality and minimize product damage
Requirements:
Must be reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Safety and quality minded
Ability to work with minimal supervision
