Your New Role

• Perform residential and commercial construction work in Tarrant County and surrounding areas

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans

• Install framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, finish carpentry materials and various other work related to construction and remodeling

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on schedule

• Ensure work meets company quality and safety standards

• Follow OSHA guidelines and established construction safety practices

• 5+ years of professional carpentry experience

• Experience with roofing and flashing details is beneficial

• Knowledge of residential and commercial construction methods

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications

• Experience with framing, trim work, cabinetry, and finish carpentry

• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong understanding of job site safety procedures

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
