Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications (Must Haves)
Proven leadership experience in restaurant management, with the ability to recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff and management teams
Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial reporting, and meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals
Hands-on experience with daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
Commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth
Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
