Our client, a leader in regional marketing and event management, is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join their team. As a Communications Coordinator, you will be part of the Marketing Support team supporting regional initiatives across the Americas. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Communications Coordinator

Location: Novi, MI

Pay Range: $30

Shift:Available to work part-time hours between 9AM-5PM Mon-Fri ( flexibility on shift times

What's the Job?

  • Manage regional trade shows and events across the Americas in alignment with global campaigns, business lines, and regional sales teams
  • Plan and execute end-to-end event strategies, including concept development, project management, and operational delivery
  • Coordinate all aspects of event execution: booth design and setup, on-site supervision, demo equipment management, and logistics
  • Develop and implement communication plans related to events, including pre-, during, and post-event activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as vendors, agencies, and event organizers to ensure seamless execution

What's Needed?

  • Previous experience in event management, trade show coordination, or marketing communications
  • Ability and willingness to travel for events
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
