Assembly

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Assembly professional to join their team. As an Assembly team member, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and good organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembly

Location: Des Plaines, IL

Pay Range:

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble individual components to complete sub-assemblies and finished products following SOPs and visual aids.
• Use hand tools and magnifiers to handle both bulky and small components accurately.
• Identify and report missing, damaged, or lost materials immediately to supervisors.
• Ensure all components and finished goods are properly packed, labeled, and moved to designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to health and safety regulations.

What's Needed?

• Experience working in the manufacturing industry preferred.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with hand tools.
• Ability to understand basic drawings, visual aids, and follow written instructions.
• Physical ability to work on foot for 8 hours and lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and use of Personal Protection Equipment.
