Operator 1 Packaging Operations

Join our team in Woburn, MA, and become a part of a dynamic packaging operations environment. We are seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our packaging operations, ensuring quality and efficiency in every step of the process.

Work Schedule

• Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Overtime: Must be open and flexible for overtime hours if needed

Responsibilities

• Manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products
• Perform finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, and clinical demands
• Ensure packaging complies with procedures and quality specifications
• Inspect in-process packaging and components for quality, removing defective products and materials
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts
• Perform simple mathematical calculations for batch record completion
• Assist with inventory counting as needed
• Participate in safety audits and engage in daily safety discussions/observations
• Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment
• Adhere to personal protective equipment and product contamination control requirements
• Handle hazardous waste appropriately

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Minimum of 6 months industry work experience
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required
• Familiarity with computers and various software for general business functionality
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
