Location: Within a 2-hour drive of The Thousand Islands, Lake Ontario shoreline, the Adirondack Mountains, and world-class skiing at Lake Placid. Montreal and Ottawa are just 2-3 hours away, offering easy access to Canadian destinations.

- Maintain cone and jaw crushers, crusher screens, conveyor belts, rollers, and drive units.
- Rebuild and service industrial slurry pumps.
- Perform welding, fabrication, and pipe fitting tasks as required.
- Adhere to MSHA and company safety regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with the mill crew to support continued production.
- Work standard hours (Monday Friday), with flexibility for troubleshooting and projects as needed.
- Carry out other reasonable duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with rod and ball milling is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Physical strength and endurance to handle heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
- Industrial experience is preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Experience with rod and ball milling.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical principles and industrial equipment.
- Proficiency with hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostics.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Physical endurance to handle heavy machinery.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Industrial experience preferred.
