Pay Rate: $19/hour (paid weekly)
Location: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days WFH)

Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Target Start Date: 06/01/2026

As a Financial Services Representative, you will support the New Business Advisory team in managing pending transfer applications and delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves handling follow-up communications, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with daily operational workflows.

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls regarding pending transfer applications and status updates
• Respond to basic customer email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Upload and maintain documentation within internal processing systems
• Provide support through internal chat channels and respond to team inquiries
• Assist with additional workflow and administrative tasks as assigned
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required. A recent degree in finance, business, insurance, economics, or communications is preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of work experience
• At least 2 years of product-related customer service experience

• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating multiple systems and technology platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
