Project Manager Infrastructure

Our client is a growing financial services firm with a strong focus on Advisor Technology Solutions, offering a collaborative, flexible, and hybrid work environment.
Summary:
Seeking a senior-level IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives, acting as a key liaison between internal product teams and external partners. This role drives full project lifecycle deliveryfrom planning through executionensuring alignment with business and technology goals.
Preference for candidates in the Boston/New England area, with onsite presence in Waltham (Mon/Tues/Thurs) initially; open to remote for exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead large, complex IT projects/programs and support PMO initiatives
• Own end-to-end delivery (scope, timeline, budget, resources, outcomes)
• Build and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Run project kickoffs, status reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Identify, track, and resolve risks/issues
• Coordinate with internal teams and external PMs on cross-functional efforts
• Ensure proper documentation, tools usage, and project closeout

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of IT project management experience
• Strong background in infrastructure and network setup (Cisco preferred)
• Proven success delivering complex technical projects
• Experience with tools: MS Project, JIRA, PPM Pro, MS Office
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

Must have: Infrastructure and network setup experience; strong Cisco skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office
Nice to have: Financial services background (especially wealth management) and M&A experience (both a plus, not required). Experience with platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow
