Qualifications:

• Oversee daily assembly and sewing operations of their flag and banner manufacturing facility.
• Overseeing 20 people.
• Collaborate with customer service and sales departments to identify and resolve quality concerns.
• Become subject matter export on banner and flag assemble and finishing.
• Use production planning and scheduling to limit material shortages.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Must Have:

• Experience in the embroidery industry.
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Experience managing or overseeing a production team (20+ people)
