Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forward Deployed Architect to join our team. As a Forward Deployed Architect, you will be responsible for providing architectural expertise and support for our clients' projects that require on-site presence. You will work closely with our clients, project managers, and design teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide on-site architectural support for projects that require a Forward Deployed Architect

- Collaborate with project managers and design teams to develop project plans and schedules

- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and identify potential challenges

- Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and specifications

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards

- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

- Identify and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise during the project

- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other consultants on-site

- Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of project deliverables

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and designers

- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our services and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

- Licensed Architect with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

- Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, or government projects

- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Willingness to travel and work on-site for extended periods of time

- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
