A rapidly growing technology company is seeking AI-Native Development Engineers to help build next-generation developer infrastructure and software platforms used by enterprise customers worldwide.

This hybrid opportunity offers $260,000-$400,000 base salary plus significant equity potential and is ideal for highly skilled software engineers who leverage AI coding tools as a core part of their development workflow.

This role is focused on building production software, not AI research.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy production software across backend services, developer tools, infrastructure, and platform components
• Own features from design through production deployment
• Develop solutions using Rust, Python, and TypeScript technologies
• Utilize AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar platforms as part of daily development workflows
• Build and improve AI-assisted engineering systems, automation workflows, evaluation frameworks, and developer tooling
• Drive software quality, reliability, testing, and architecture decisions
• Evaluate emerging AI development technologies and recommend best practices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to scale AI-assisted software development processes

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Rust, Python, and/or TypeScript
• Experience building and shipping production systems
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools within real-world engineering environments
• Strong software architecture and system design skills
• Experience owning projects from concept through deployment
• Excellent communication and technical collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Developer tools or infrastructure engineering experience
• Nix or NixOS experience
• Technical leadership experience
• Open-source development contributions
• Software supply chain, package management, or build systems experience
