Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Direct Labor department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler
Location: Charlevoix, MI
Pay Range: $17.75
Shift: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Thursday
What's the Job?
- Operate assembly equipment safely to produce parts that meet quality standards
- Perform visual and dimensional quality checks on parts
- Pack parts according to instructions and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors about production status
- Assist with general housekeeping and participate in Lean Improvement projects
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong math skills and ability to interpret instructions and manuals
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
