Assembler

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent teamwork skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday
**overtime is schedule prior to shift start time and can be heavy, including Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Assemble a variety of products at designated work areas based on business needs
• Position parts according to work orders and blueprints
• Fasten parts together using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners
• Operate hand drills, rivet machines, and other tools to assist in assembly operations
• Ensure all safety regulations are followed to maintain a clean, accident-free work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Mechanical inclination and familiarity with blueprints and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to adhere to safety and quality standards
