- Lead daily aggregates production operations to achieve safety, quality, and production objectives
- Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards
- Optimize plant performance through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members to drive engagement, accountability, and operational excellence
- Partner closely with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure efficient and reliable operations
- Monitor production performance, equipment utilization, and key metrics to support continuous improvement
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a production, mining, or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of safe work practices and a consistent commitment to operational discipline
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with a continuous improvement mindset
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams and functions
- Solid understanding of production processes, mobile and fixed equipment operations, and performance metrics
- Competitive base salary, $77,180 to $102,900, and participation in our annual incentive plan
