Event Assistant Entry Level

We are a fast-growing event marketing company specializing in live promotional campaigns, brand awareness, and customer engagement. We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotions, public relations, customer engagement, and live events. No previous experience is required paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

As an Entry-Level Event Marketing Assistant, you will support promotional events and marketing campaigns while helping create positive and memorable experiences for customers and event attendees.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of live marketing events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations
• Support event setup, displays, promotional materials, and on-site event activities
• Engage directly with customers and event attendees to promote client brands, products, and services
• Help increase brand awareness and customer engagement during live events
• Build positive relationships with customers, clients, and team members
• Assist with presentations, outreach efforts, and promotional initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service in fast-paced event environments
• Maintain organized event materials, reports, and marketing documentation
• Perform administrative support tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and record management
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a professional and outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Interest in event marketing, promotions, customer engagement, or public relations
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or event experience is a plus but not required
