Location of Requirement: Saint Joseph, MO 64503
Hybrid - 3 days in the plant and 2 days at home. If the candidate is not local, they need to be willing to relocate from day 1. (No 100% remote candidates)
1. St Joe, MO - Preference to relocate to this location

(Travel to the other Customer locations. Expectation is that the candidate can travel to these location as required)
Travel Re-imbursement: For travel to other customer locations, Client would reimburse based on actuals submitted by the BA vendor.

Desired Experience Range: Minimum 5-6 years plus hands on experience

Must- Have:
REQUIRED: 5 6 years of hands-on experience with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
Proficiency in HMI development (FactoryTalk View, WinCC, etc.).
Experience with Ignition SCADA platform.
Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with Kepware and OPC protocols.
Willingness to travel to customer sites across the U.S.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have:
Manufacturing domain experience
Knowledge of scripting languages used in Ignition (Python, JavaScript).
Strong issue solving and analysis skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using Allen Bradley (RSLogix 500, RSLogix/Studio 5000, CCW) and Siemens (TIA Portal/S7/SIMATIC 505) platforms..
Understanding technical and operational constraints to create project development and commissioning plans.
Configure and manage Kepware for OPC communication between devices and systems
Write and optimize SQL queries for data logging, reporting, and system integration
Clear understanding of back-end computing infrastructure used in manufacturing (compute hardware, virtualization, OS's, networking, databases, etc.) is a plus.
Interacting with client for the requirement analysis, enhancement and support required.
Perform on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and support at customer locations across the U.S.
Maintain documentation for system architecture, code, and configurations.
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Milwaukee, WI AND/OR Toledo, OH AND/OR St Joseph, MO or AND/ OR Portland, OR

This requires travel to different plants
