Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Python (basic to intermediate level)
- Power BI (dashboards, reporting, analytics)
- WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and/or Project Management
- Strong technical writing experience (IT/Engineering documentation)
- General GenAI knowledge and practical experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology
- Solid understanding of:
- IT infrastructure
- Networking fundamentals
- Ability to manage projects, deliverables, and incentives using a WBS framework
- Experience translating technical concepts into clear documentation
- Exposure to enterprise IT environments
- Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, requirements, and specifications
- Support project planning and execution using WBS methodologies
- Build and analyze reports/dashboards using Power BI
- Leverage Python for data handling, automation, or reporting support
- Apply GenAI concepts/tools where applicable to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
