6 Month - Contract

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Followprocedures tosafely package chemical products into totes, drums and pails
• Repack and relabel chemical products
• Utilize automated control systems along with manual operationstooperate process andpackaging equipment
• Identify,troubleshootand diagnose equipment issues
• Perform light maintenance orprepare equipment for others to safely perform maintenance
• Completebatch relateddocumentationanddeclare production in SAP
• Performdailyhousekeepingtasks, rounds, andmaintainan organized work environment
• Perform othertasksasassignedby management
• Ability to respond to emergency situations within the limits of training and qualifications
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Commitment to safe and environmentally responsible operation of all aspects of a chemical process

In order tobe qualified for this role, youmustpossessthe following:

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ yearsofexperience in a chemical production environment
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with flammable and other hazardous chemicals
• Must be able to complete basic math calculations
• Must be able to operate hand tools, such as pliers, screwdrivers, and scrapers.
• Experience with forklift operation
• Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position including climbing stairs, ladders, lift 55 pounds, connect hoses,operatemanual valves, wear FRC uniforms andfull-facerespirator (clean-shaven)
