What Youll Do

As a Machine Operator III, you are the lead operator on the production lineensuring quality, efficiency, and safe machine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily line operations and partner with leads, mechanics, and production staff to solve issues

  • Load/unload material rolls, set machines according to specification sheets

  • Start/stop/restart machines, remove scrap, manage rewind

  • Assist with machine setup and operate thermoforming, automation, and auxiliary equipment

  • Inspect in-process and finished products for defects

  • Perform line clearance, housekeeping, and in-process documentation

  • Conduct basic preventative maintenance and cavity changes

  • Troubleshoot quality and equipment issues

  • Maintain accurate logs and production documentation

  • Support training and skill development within your shift

What Were Looking For in aMachine Operator
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous machine operator experience (manufacturing preferred)

  • Ability to operate lift trucks

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Problem-solving mentality with solid decision-making abilities

  • Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel; data acquisition a plus)

  • Ability to read micrometers

Schedule

This position operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule:

Day Shift: 6:55 AM 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:55 PM 7:00 AM (+$0.75/hr)

Enjoy built-in long weekends every other week!

  • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat

  • Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thurs

Pay: $20$24/hr + Night Shift Differential ($0.75/hr)
