Teamwork is a key component to making people successful on our unit. We all know if you help someone out you will get that in return. We have a wide variety of people we care for on our unit. There are a lot of cultural diversity, different religious beliefs and economic status. We treat everyone the same with respect for whatever they believe. We see Oncology patients from diagnosis to remission but if not we help them to go peacefully to the next stage. "Be the type of Nurse you want to work with"
