Machine Operator - Cleanroom
Pay: $21$22/hr, paid weekly
Location: Clinton, PA 15026
2 12-hour shifts available -2-2-3 Schedule;
Overview
The GMP Associate I supports the manufacturing of high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom production environment. This role is responsible for operating production equipment, packaging finished products, monitoring automated systems, and maintaining accurate documentation while following GMP, GDP, FDA, and ISO standards.
Job Description
Operate production equipment and monitor machine performance.
Load automatic hoppers and maintain material flow throughout production.
Assemble and package components according to work instructions.
Complete batch records, logs, and GDP documentation accurately.
Troubleshoot basic HMI (Human Machine Interface) faults and escalate issues when needed.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas.
Follow all cleanroom gowning and contamination control procedures.
Conduct in-process quality inspections and support compliance standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen, and QEK activities.
Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to meet manufacturing goals.
Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements.
Required Skills
High school diploma or GED.
Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work in a cleanroom environment wearing full PPE.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Experience with HMI systems or automated equipment is a plus.
