Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for data compliance and governance
- Build infrastructure to enforce policy compliance on user activity and log data
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement safe and consistent data handling practices
- Develop and optimize systems for large-scale data processing
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend services
- Contribute to architecture and system design decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong programming experience in C++, Java, Kotlin
- Proven experience in backend/server-side development
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data systems or distributed systems
- Solid understanding of data processing infrastructure and pipelines
- Ability to design and build scalable and reliable systems
Experience
- 710 years of professional software development experience for Level 3
- 3-5 years of professional software development experience for Level 2
- Demonstrated experience working on production-grade systems in an industry setting
