Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated individual to perform general labor duties and assist with maintenance and repairs. This position involves working alongside state facilities employees or independently to handle tasks such as snow removal, facility and grounds maintenance, and job clean-up. You'll also be responsible for escorting personnel, managing deliveries, and responding to building complaints.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds

- Skills and knowledge to safely operate motorized equipment and power tools
