You will help unify engineering functions, eliminate silos, and streamline how teams work together.
Responsibilities
- Drive cross functional alignment by coordinating verification activities across hardware, firmware, software, and systems engineering teams.
- Lead integrated planning to ensure all functionsfrom product design to testare synchronized on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build strong partnerships with engineering, product management, manufacturing, and operations to ensure shared understanding of verification goals.
- Ensure verification coverage and requirements traceability across all contributing teams.
- Facilitate information flow so teams stay unblocked, informed, and aligned throughout the verification cycle.
- Monitor program health, identify risks across functions, and drive timely and clear decisions.
- Support shared infrastructure, tools, and test environments used across engineering groups.
Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical, Computer, Systems, or similar).
- Strong technical background in product verification, validation, or test engineering.
- Demonstrated success coordinating or leading multi disciplinary engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of verification strategies, defect tracking, and test methodologies.
- Outstanding communication skills, especially in bridging technical groups and driving alignment.
- Experience creating shared metrics, dashboards, or reporting systems to align multiple teams.
- PMP certification is a plus.
