Job Description:
Lead end to end data conversion strategy, planning and execution for Maximo programs.

• Identify data objects, sources, dependencies and define detailed mapping and transformation rules.
• Extract, cleanse, transform and load data from legacy systems into Maximo using SQL, Python, Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), or middleware platforms.
• Develop and maintain conversion templates, mapping documents and transformation logic.
• Perform data profiling, quality checks and reconciliation between source and target systems.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to validate data and resolve discrepancies during SIT/UAT cycles.
• Execute mock loads, incremental loads and final cutover loads with full audit traceability.
• Work closely with functional, technical and integration teams to ensure data alignment across modules.
• Produce status reports, risk logs and data readiness dashboards for leadership and PMO.
• Support cutover, hypercare and post go live data issue resolution.
