Geotechnical Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesPeer Review & Technical Oversight

• Conduct peer reviews of geotechnical reports, proposals, and designs to ensure accuracy and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality project execution.

Mentorship & Team Development

• Mentor and develop junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Lead training sessions and technical discussions to enhance team capabilities.

Project & Proposal Review

• Evaluate proposals, scopes of work, and methodologies to optimize geotechnical solutions.
• Collaborate with department managers and project managers to refine geotechnical strategies and deliverables.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise in client meetings.
• Maintain strong relationships with private developers, municipalities, and infrastructure clients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
• 12 years of geotechnical engineering experience, with a strong focus on technical leadership.
• Expertise in foundation design, soil mechanics, slope stability, and site investigations.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical reviews.
• Excellent communication skills for both internal team collaboration and client interactions.
