Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong technical expertise in Java and AWS, capable of leading development initiatives and mentoring teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full stack development, cloud technologies, DevOps practices, and modern front-end frameworks.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of full stack solutions.
• Ensure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
• Contribute to both front-end interfaces and back-end services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Proven experience in full stack software development with tech lead experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and GitLab.
• Front-end proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.js, along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Database experience with SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
• Cloud experience with AWS, and familiarity with Azure or GCP.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.

• Ability to drive technical decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
