We are seeking an experienced Technology Lead with strong expertise in frontend development using React.js and Micro Frontend architecture. The ideal candidate will lead frontend initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and coordinate with offshore teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead frontend development efforts using React.js and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Design and implement scalable Micro Frontend architecture
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Coordinate with offshore development teams and track progress
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices across the frontend stack
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Participate in design discussions and architecture decisions

Required Skills (Top 3 Must-Have)

• Strong experience in React.js development
• Hands-on expertise in Micro Frontend architecture
• Proficiency in Redux for state management

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in frontend development
• Bachelors degree in Technology / Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with REST APIs and integration
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
