Introduction
This position involves end-to-end platform administration and support tasks across the Starburst shared platform. The role requires working onsite three days a week and involves significant collaboration with various teams to ensure platform stability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Hands-on experience with Starburst software installation and configuration
- Working knowledge of OpenShift/Kubernetes
- Proven troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
- Ability to analyze and communicate root cause and resolution steps
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications- Familiarity with Starburst software best practices
- Experience with connectivity configuration for Starburst
- Knowledge of the Starburst software security model and adaptability
- Installation and configuration of Starburst
- Coordinate, plan, and execute activities related to platform maintenance, disaster recovery, and software release management
- Provide L3 escalation for platform issue resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Configuration and tuning of production and lower-level environments
- Perform capacity and stability monitoring, and assist with platform metrics collection and reporting
- Contribute to the definition, review, documentation, and communication of standards and best practices
