Pay Rate Range: $55-$60 per hour on W2.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of our large clients in the Northern Virginia area. The selected candidate will be part of a team of Project Managers supporting multiple ongoing infrastructure and facility improvement projects for several higher education institutions over the coming years.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects at different stages, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee 1015 projects simultaneously, varying in size and complexity.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Provide regular project updates and maintain proper documentation.

Support infrastructure improvement initiatives across higher education campuses.
Must Have:

Proven experience working as a Project Manager.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with projects related to MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) equipment replacements.

Experience handling roof repair and replacement projects.

Experience managing campus infrastructure or facility improvement projects.
Required:

Prior experience working with higher education institutions or campus facilities projects.

Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
