What Youll Do as a Team Lead:
As a Team Lead, youll be the go-to person on shift. Youll help keep the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will:
- Run and manage shifts in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and motivate team members
- Ensure outstanding customer service
- Help make pizzas and prepare food
- Handle cash and basic store operations
- Train and develop new team members
- Support daily store goals and standards
