Rogue Valley Manor is Southern Oregons premier not-for-profit Life Plan Community, offering a vibrant campus across more than 600 acres with beautiful outdoor spaces and a full continuum of care. We are seeking a Groundskeeper to help maintain and enhance our communitys outdoor environment while supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for residents and guests.
What Youll Be Doing
Perform routine grounds maintenance and manual labor including landscaping, watering, debris removal, and general upkeep of outdoor spaces.
Support trash, recycling, and compost removal while maintaining cleanliness throughout the campus.
Operate light motorized and landscaping equipment safely to complete tasks such as leaf blowing, pressure washing, and general grounds care.
Assist with event setup and take down, package delivery, and cleaning of shared spaces including loading docks and parking areas.
Maintain tools and equipment, follow safety procedures, and respond calmly in emergency situations while performing other duties as assigned.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 / hr DOE
About You
Minimum of one year of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and safe handling of chemicals.
Ability to operate maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.
Positive attitude and ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
