TRCs client is seeking an Architect to lead the technical design and documentation of architectural projects from concept through construction documents.

This role serves as a key technical resource, driving design solutions, coordinating project requirements, and contributing strong code and planning expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project design and define architectural requirements appropriate to each project
  • Guide projects from concept and schematic design through design development and construction documentation
  • Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions
  • Prepare and/or oversee finished plans, specifications, material selections, and construction documentation
  • Conduct site investigations and field observations
  • Attend and lead internal and external project meetings
  • May supervise or mentor architects and coordinate with other professionals supporting project work
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Architecture from an accredited college or university
  • Registered Architect required
  • 8+ years of architectural experience
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong detailing ability, planning experience, and knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Able to work independently with general direction and expected outcomes
  • Skilled at building internal and external relationships and understanding client decision-making processes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Architecture
  • LEED Accredited Professional
  • Experience with Newforma, Deltek Vision, SketchUp, and InDesign
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
