JD :

Minimum of 8+ years of strong development and business analysis experience who can think out of the box and can handle multiple projects. The candidate must have excellent programming skills as well as writing and communication skills. If possible, this person should also have experience working with government agencies (child support would be a plus!).

• Programming simple to complex web based applications in a .net framework
• Oracle database design and development , extensive experience with Oracle PL/SQL, Complex queries , Database packages and stored procedures
• Gathering of and writing Business/Functional/Technical Requirements
• Creating detailed process and technical flows
• Designing Graphical User Interface mock-ups
• Creating User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and Test Scripts
• QA
• Significant Experience with JIRA & Confluence
