Senior Test Engineer

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer / Test Automation SME to support enterprise retail initiatives across multiple product teams within a large-scale retail environment. This is a highly hands-on role focused on end-to-end testing strategy, automation solutioning, and cross-team QA collaboration. Retail domain expertise is required.
This is not a traditional Test Manager role. The team is looking for someone with strong technical depth who can help guide automation approaches, improve testing efficiency, and support enterprise-wide QA initiatives across retail systems and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support end-to-end testing activities across multiple teams and integrated retail systems
- Help drive automation strategy and recommend scalable testing solutions across enterprise applications
- Work closely with product, engineering, architecture, and QA teams to improve automation efficiency and release quality
- Contribute hands-on to automation development, testing execution, and framework enhancements
- Support testing initiatives across web, mobile, API, cloud, AI/digital, and enterprise retail platforms
- Participate in enterprise QA solutioning discussions and help define best practices for automation and testing processes
- Collaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams in Agile environments
Required Skills:
- Strong experience coordinating end-to-end testing efforts across larger enterprise initiatives
- 3+ years of hands-on Selenium automation experience
- Strong retail domain experience with retail systems and workflows required
- Experience working with enterprise automation frameworks and scalable automation solutions
- Experience supporting multiple teams and integrated enterprise applications
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional Agile environments
Preferred Skills:
- Robot Framework experience preferred
- Experience with POS, ecommerce, merchandising, warehouse management, fulfillment, order management, or inventory systems
- Experience with mobile testing and API automation
- Exposure to AI/digital testing initiatives or cloud-based testing environments
- Experience with .NET environments is a plus
